O jeito correto de executar o agachamento é com cadência de movimento✔️ou seja , bem devagar com foco no músculo principal que é os quadríceps e glúteos, amplitude de movimento✔️descer até em baixo, só assim você recruta músculo da parte que você está trabalhando,descer até na metade❌🚫não trabalha os membros principais, não adianta ter pressa se seu objetivo é hipertrofia, fazendo o exercício rápido você queima mais calorias,mas isso não funciona para ganho de massa muscular #viraliza #Treino
